Augustin was passionate about Nature, Ocean, Fishes. He only accepted top quality fishes in his store and kitchen, making sure the fishermen carefully respected the product at all stages of the supply chain.

Augustin is a main figure of the Ocean in Vanuatu, with a vast knowledge of species, fishing spots, fishing techniques, and most important of all: recipes :)
